• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Work closely with operational teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.

• Assist in the development and implementation of new client solutions and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client services, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the logistics industry in Bali and a strong understanding of local regulations and requirements.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
