📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and develop the distribution network across Maluku and Papua regions.
• Work closely with sales and distribution teams to ensure efficient and effective product distribution.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the region.
• Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution processes and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on distribution performance and progress.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of distribution and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
