📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and lease exhibition areas, push carts, and other commercial spaces to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Negotiate leases and contracts with potential tenants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of exhibition spaces, including maintenance and upkeep.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and promote available spaces.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, payments, and tenant information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless tenant experiences and effective space utilization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail and property management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leasing, property management, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of retail and property management software, such as Yardi or OnQ.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with the retail and exhibition space industry in Indonesia is a plus.
