📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute M&E contracts, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all contracts are legally binding and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in M&E contracting.
• Assist in the development of new contracts and procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E contracting, with a proven track record in managing high-impact projects.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
