📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of human resources and general affairs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies in collaboration with management.
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage and maintain HR documentation and records.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team to ensure efficient and effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
