📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing and reconciling financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and accounts receivable/payable.
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborating with the finance team to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Providing customer service support to clients, including answering inquiries and resolving issues related to financial transactions.
• Maintaining and updating financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in finance and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
