📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit farms to conduct surveys and assess the needs of farmers.
• Provide technical assistance and advice to farmers on best practices in agriculture.
• Monitor the implementation of agricultural projects and ensure they are carried out effectively.
• Collect and analyze data on farm productivity and other relevant metrics.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure that all agricultural activities are well-organized and timely.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for farmers.
• Maintain accurate records of all farm visits and interactions.
• Report back to the team with regular updates on the status of agricultural projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural extension, farmer support, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of farming practices and technologies in the region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Passion for agriculture and a commitment to sustainable farming practices.
