📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit borrowers' locations to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Home Credit Collection System (HCS).
• Conduct follow-ups and reminders to ensure timely payments.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with borrowers.
• Monitor and report collection progress to the team leader.
• Stay updated on collection policies and procedures.
• Assist in resolving disputes and escalating complex cases as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or related fields.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using Home Credit Collection System (HCS).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and credit policies.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields (preferred but not required).
