📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain operational documentation and reports.,Provide operational guidance and support to junior staff.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
