As the MEP Engineering Manager, you will oversee the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the MEP design, procurement, and installation for residential and commercial projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP engineers to integrate systems and ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement best practices for MEP engineering to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MEP engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale MEP projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard MEP software.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
