📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the right fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR team.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Kalimantan Timur.
