CV Ratu Permata is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kediri, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance activities of the facility, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with maintenance staff.,Inspect and maintain all equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning optimally and in compliance with safety regulations.,Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and breakdowns in a timely manner.,Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.,Conduct regular maintenance audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety procedures.,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and systems.,Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance activities and improving equipment reliability.,Strong technical skills in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
