In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our pharmacy, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Provide financial support to the management team, including financial planning and analysis.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
