📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for software products, including user guides, manuals, and API references.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
• Assist in the development and implementation of technical writing tools and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving technical documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of training materials and other educational content.
• Assist in the development of marketing and sales collateral.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in a software or IT environment.
• Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with technical writing tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
