Prime City Dinamis is seeking a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a strong understanding of the latest educational trends and technologies. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Balikpapan and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with company goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and workshops.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
