Fresh Glow Sejahtera is looking for a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Palopo. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles to ensure efficient and safe operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles

Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards

Oversee fuel and maintenance schedules

Monitor vehicle usage and ensure compliance with company policies

Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle activities

Handle vehicle documentation and insurance

Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus

Valid driver's license is a plus

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
