📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and line managers to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.
• Create and maintain training materials using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, and other relevant software.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they can apply what they've learned in their roles.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on various topics to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training, employee development, or a similar role.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and other relevant training tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
