📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and usage.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect staff and equipment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on operational efficiency.,Train and develop junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.,Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.,Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
