📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store.,Manage the store's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring stock levels.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Conduct regular sales audits and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Store Manager and higher management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Participate in store promotions, events, and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail POS systems and software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
