ACLC College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loans Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for managing and processing housing and Pag-IBIG loans for our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loans processing and a deep understanding of the housing and Pag-IBIG loan processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our students and ensuring that they are fully informed about their loan options.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and process housing and Pag-IBIG loan applications for students.
  • Ensure that all loan applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and answer any questions they may have about their loans.
  • Monitor loan portfolios and ensure that all loans are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit all required loan documentation to the appropriate parties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all loan applications are processed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to housing and Pag-IBIG loan policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff members as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in loans processing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of housing and Pag-IBIG loan processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with loan management software is a plus.
