📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions and processes.,Prepare and maintain financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that all financial targets are met.,Oversee the company's payroll processes, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.,Maintain and update the company's financial records and databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.,Provide financial support and advice to the management team, helping to make informed business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical or related industries.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
