📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.,Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers to ensure their satisfaction.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.,Conduct market research and analysis to support sales efforts and decision-making.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Strong understanding of cutting tools and related products.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
