📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities for growth.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proven experience in leading finance teams and driving financial performance.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
