📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and ready for use.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of company vehicles, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Conduct regular maintenance checks and schedule necessary repairs or servicing.,Generate and maintain accurate records of fleet usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and any areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to vehicle operation and maintenance.
