In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles to ensure efficient and safe operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and available for use.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, including scheduling and coordinating with service providers.,Monitor fuel usage and costs, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.,Track and manage vehicle mileage, usage, and performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that insurance policies are up-to-date.,Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
