Food Pearl Unggul is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during special events and banquets. We offer a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in the beautiful city of Denpasar, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in setting up and decorating banquet areas to ensure a pleasant and comfortable environment for guests.,Greet and welcome guests, and provide them with information about the event and the restaurant.,Take orders from guests and ensure that their food and beverage requests are fulfilled promptly.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the banquet area, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during the event.,Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure that the event runs smoothly.,Assist in the cleanup and reset of the banquet area after the event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and techniques is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
