In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, as well as handling customer transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register accurately.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee equipment and supplies.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee and beverage supplies.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.,Work collaboratively with the barista team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and safe work environment.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a barista or cashier role is a plus.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.,Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg).,Must be at least 18 years old.
